3.Competition information

• Elite event open for paralympic and mobile athletes
• Course length 2540 - climb 0 -15 problems - allowed time 100'. Real walking length 2080 m.
• Beginners event open for paralympic and mobile athletes, suited for less experienced orienteering athletes
• Course length 1360 - climb 0 -11 problems - allowed time 80' no zero solutions. Real walking length 1450 m.
• Novice event non-competitive, for those wanting to taste trail-O but with no orienteering experience
• Length 1950 m easy walk 11 problems no compass reading ability required and no symbol knowledge required. The problems can be solved by good observation of the situation. Real walking length 2300 m.

NOTE: The elite course will have 2 timed control problems, the beginners course 1 timed control.

The timing will be performed with emit blocks. Therefore the time necessary to perform the timed control will be subtracted from the overall time because the finish block will be immediately after the timed control. This to allow emit timing.
