Dr. Andronic Luminita is a Professor in the Department of Product Design, Mechatronics and Environment at the Transilvania University of Brasov, Romania.

She received her PhD in Material Science and Engineering with an emphasis on photocatalysis from the Transilvania University of Brasov, Romania.

Her research interests lie in the broad areas of advanced oxidation technologies, photocatalytic technologies used in the built environment, photocatalytic conversion of CO2 into valuable fuels, microalgae for wastewater treatment technologies and toxicity of nanoparticles in the environment.
