This Privacy Policy explains how 3D Floor Plan: House Design ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. The App is a mobile floor-plan and house-design tool. By installing or using the App, you agree to this policy.
We do not require an account or login, and we do not ask for your name, email, or phone number.
Your floor plans, PDFs, and settings stay on your device. We do not run a cloud backend for drawings.
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may use your device's Advertising ID and similar data to show and measure ads.
The App uses Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config) to understand how the App is used, fix crashes, and change settings without an app update.
The App offers optional PRO subscriptions through Google Play. Payments are handled by Google Play. We never see your card or bank details.
The App downloads design images and catalog data from the internet.
We do not sell your personal information.
The App creates and keeps the following on your device only. We do not receive a copy.

If Android Backup is enabled on your device, the operating system or your Google account may include App files in that backup. We do not operate that backup service.
The App includes the following services, provided by Google and GitHub. They collect information automatically when you use the App. We receive only aggregated or technical reports from them, never your floor plans.
AdMob shows banner, native, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open ads in the App. AdMob may collect:
Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
IP address and approximate location derived from it
Device information such as model, operating system, language, and screen size
Ad interactions such as impressions and clicks
This information is used to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. Ads may be personalised unless you opt out (see Section 6).
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, or in a US state with privacy laws that require it, the App shows a consent form through Google User Messaging Platform before personalised ads are requested.
PRO subscribers do not see ads.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how people use the App, for example which screens are opened, when onboarding is completed, when a plan is saved or exported, and when the PRO screen is viewed or a purchase starts. Firebase Analytics may collect:
An app instance ID and the Advertising ID
Device information such as model, operating system, language, and country
App usage events and session information
We do not send your name, email, or floor-plan contents to Firebase Analytics.
Crashlytics sends a crash report when the App crashes or hits a serious error. A report may include the stack trace, device model, operating system version, free memory and storage, and a random installation ID. We use it only to find and fix bugs.
Remote Config downloads settings for the App, such as ad frequency and free-tier limits, so we can adjust them without an app update. It uses a random Firebase installation ID.
If you buy PRO, the purchase is processed by Google Play. Google Play shares with the App the product you bought, the purchase status, and a purchase token so the App can unlock PRO and restore it. We do not receive your name, card number, or billing address. Google's handling of payments is covered by the Google Payments Privacy Notice.
Some content, such as ready-made house plans, 3D templates, and interior and exterior designs, is downloaded from a file server hosted on GitHub. When the App downloads these files, GitHub receives your IP address and basic request information, as with any website. No personal information is sent with these requests.

The App does not collect or upload:
Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
Precise (GPS) location
Contacts, SMS, call logs, camera, or microphone data
Your floor plans, drawings, or PDFs
Payment card or bank details
You do not create a user profile with us.
The AI Plan feature builds a layout from the plot size, facing, and room counts that you type in the form. Generation runs on the device. Those inputs are not sent to a third-party AI service.
Personalised ads: On Android, open Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads) to delete or reset your Advertising ID, or to opt out of ad personalisation. You will still see ads, but they will be less personalised.
Ad consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): You choose on the consent form when the App starts. To see the form again and change your choice, clear the App's data (Android Settings > Apps > 3D Floor Plan > Storage > Clear data) and reopen the App.
Remove ads: A PRO subscription removes all ads.
Notifications: The App may ask for permission to send notifications. You can turn them off at any time in Android Settings > Apps > 3D Floor Plan > Notifications.
Cancel a subscription: Open the Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
When you share or open a PDF, image, or video, or share the App link, the App gives a copy to another app that you choose, such as a PDF viewer, Google Drive, or WhatsApp. We do not control what that other app does with the file. Share only content that you are comfortable sending.
Internet and network state: To download design content, load ads, check purchases, and send analytics and crash reports.
Advertising ID (AD_ID): Used by AdMob and Firebase Analytics as described in Section 3.
Notifications (Android 13 and later): Requested with your permission, to send reminders and updates. You can decline.
Google Play Billing: To offer PRO subscriptions.
The App does not request storage, photos, location, contacts, SMS, camera, or microphone permission.
Floor plans, PDFs, and settings stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
Firebase Analytics data is kept by Google for up to 14 months, then deleted.
Crashlytics crash reports are kept by Google for up to 90 days.
AdMob data is kept according to Google's policies.
In the App, open Gallery and delete a plan. This removes the drawing and its PDF.
Uninstall the App to remove all remaining local files, unless they were kept in an operating-system backup.
Or go to Android Settings > Apps > 3D Floor Plan > Storage > Clear data.
To ask us to delete analytics data linked to your app instance, email us at the address below. Because we do not know your name or email, please include the approximate date you installed the App and your device model.
The App is a house-design utility for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 where that is the local age of digital consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us and we will help remove it.
Plans are stored in the App's private directory on your device. Data sent to Google and GitHub travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No storage or transmission method is perfectly secure. Use a lock screen if your plans are sensitive.
We may update this policy when the App's data practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will also be reflected in the Google Play Data safety section.
