#3BrothersOnAMission is a family movement built on love, loyalty, faith and empowerment.  We believe that through these attributes and the use of sport anything can be achieved.  Our mission is to utilize physical fitness as the key to motivating, empowering, and building relationships with our youth.  We thrive on building relationships and providing an unconditional support system to help families throughout their journey with their children; we know it takes a village. 

#3BrothersOnAMission is founded by Matthew and Rob Flowers, along with Rick Perez.  Our journey simply began by having workouts with our children.  Over time, we found that other kids were interested in joining.  Without hesitation, we included them!  We enjoyed the smiles and relationships that were built during this time.  To this day families still inquire if we are having the program.....well, the answer is YES! How could we turn down an opportunity to share in a journey of growth with others.  We feel that we have a skill that reaches a depth that most cannot, through love, loyalty, faith and empowerment.  We look forward to building on the character, mind, and heart of each and every person.

#3BrothersOnAMission thank you for your consideration to have us join your child's village.  It is our experience during our 20 plus year brotherhood that love, loyalty, faith and empowerment are enough to build a strong foundation.  This foundation will be the catalyst to many beautiful things to come.  We have experienced building family together, success within and outside of our respective athletic areas, sending many students to college and most importantly, building an everlasting support system.  We look forward to sharing in these moments with you and hope you enjoy the depth of your experience with #3BrothersOnAMission.
