been making payments  for 230 year and its  forever. Currently  it's 10 billion a year. All  total  so  far

2.) During WW II America  put Japanese Americans in an internment camps because we did no trust their
loyalty to America. America provided multi-million dollars as compensation ... JUSTICE SERVED

3.) Americas  original sin "slavery". America has enslaved Blacks  from 1776 to 1865.  President Lincoln's
plan to give "1 mule & 40 acres" to all slaves as compensation  was  never full-filled. The slaves had no
assets to build upon and  pass on to the next generation effectively condemning  blacks  to generational
poverty ... JUSTICE PENDING

-- blacks have  the highest  unemployment,  poverty,  homeless, crime,  incarceration  rate than any group
-- there  are  more Negros in jail and  prison  than there are in all  the  universities  and colleges combined.
-- blacks are  8% of the Los Angeles population but  in LA skid row  homeless population  60% are blacks.
-- Non-black  Hispanics  do better than black  Hispanics.

-- the wealth gap between blacks and the other groups is widening

                     --- ECONOMIC ARGUMENTS FOR A $4 TRILLION REPARATIONS --- 
    We provide $10 billion a year to Indian reservations, $50 billion a year foreign aid (economic, military)
    $120 billion  a  year for illegal  immigrants ( housing, stipend,  education,  legal aid,  health care,  food)
    give $3.5 trillion tax cuts all funded by issuing debt.  $4 trillion  reparations  stimulates  the  economy
    which  produces more revenue & profit for businesses which triggers  economic expansion  with broad
    benefits for many. Portion of the $4 trillion goes  back to the government in form of sales tax, income
    tax, business tax. Net cost of a $4 trillion reparation will be closer to $2.5 trillion. The  debt is almost
    $38 trillion  & over $105 trillion unfunded  liability (future debt). Total combined  debt is  $145 trillion.
    $2 trillion is a tiny fraction of the total debt ( $145 trillion)  to fulfill President Abraham Lincoln broken
    promise “1 mule & 40 acres” & reparations that led to generational poverty &  wealth gap for blacks.
    Racism makes no distinction between blacks of slave blood and  blacks with no slave blood. In Florida
    non-black Cubans  do  better than black Cubans. In New York non-black Puerto Ricans  do better than
    black Puerto Ricans. Being black leads to economic inequity. The black experience is unique because
    the law  said  blacks are three fifth of a man not full men. Effort, education &  hard work alone can not
    overcome the wealth gap   ...   only reparations can reduce the gap. Because the dollar is the reserve
    currency of the world America has the unique capacity with one stroke of the pen to full-fill "1 mule &
    40 acres" & close the widening wealth gap  between blacks & other groups. I have never met a black
    person who talks back or challenges a person of another race.There is an implicit racial hierarchy. The
    gay  supernatural force runs this world and therefore  maintains  the racial hierarchy.
