We reserve the right to decline a notarization on the spot if we feel or suspect any
wrongdoing. Or if we couldn’t verify your identity successfully.
If you require a handwritten statement to be notarized, it must be typed up and there must be a notarial certificate attached to the document. You also must specify if you would like to take an oath or affirmation or acknowledge the document. Legally, we cannot advise you to take either or. You must know beforehand. If you don’t, we will ask you to consult your attorney.
Payment must be received before the notarial act is performed.
We do not notarize documents in languages other than English and Spanish.
Before an appointment is booked, we review the document for page count, proper verbiage, and document type.
Witnesses must present valid identification at the time of the signing. If you require additional witnesses, we can provide some for an extra charge.
