Guests coming to Hot Springs Village to view the property must schedule with us in advance so that we can alert security that you are authorized to enter. Please see this document for more information about gate access in HSV.
Important tips:
When scheduling with us, provide your first and last name as it appears on your driver's license so that when you show your license at the gate, security will be able to easily confirm that you are approved to enter.
Come to either of the staffed gates to enter HSV. Stay in the left lane to speak with security. Once you have entered, you can continue on to 31 Justa Via Way.

Leaving Hot Springs Village is simpler. You will be able to exit using any gate. Here is a map of the village. Alternatively, using GPS navigation in your vehicle should lead you out of HSV efficiently.
