This Privacy Policy explains how 300Consulting (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Loci (the “App”).
Loci uses Google Firebase Analytics and Google Firebase Crashlytics to help us understand app usage and fix bugs.This may include:
App activity / usage data (e.g., screens visited, feature interactions)
Crash logs (e.g., stack traces, crash time, app state at crash)
Device and app information (e.g., device model, OS version, app version)
Identifiers used for analytics/crash reporting (e.g., an app-instance identifier)
Loci is designed primarily for on-device inventory:
Photos you capture (items / zone snapshots) are stored locally on your device
Your inventory database (items, zones, and derived matching data) is stored locally on your device
We do not intentionally upload your captured photos or local inventory database to our servers.
Loci may request:
Camera permission: to capture item photos and zone snapshots.
We use the collected information to:
Provide the core functionality of the app (capturing photos, matching items to zones)
Improve the app’s reliability and performance
Diagnose crashes and fix bugs
Understand feature usage to guide development
Analytics and crash diagnostics data is processed by Google as part of Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.We do not sell your data.
Firebase data retention is governed by Firebase/Google and by the configuration of our Firebase project. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described above.
Loci is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe personal information has been collected, contact us and we will address it.
We use reasonable measures to protect the information described in this policy. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
