If you're new to 30A or just visiting welcome! If you're looking for a welcoming yoga instructor on 30A - you're in the right place! You can find me teaching Monday though Friday 8:30 - 9:30am (and most holidays too!) at Sofitco Studios in Blue Mountain Beach, Florida. Our practice will be perfect for beginners or advanced yoga students and i promise you a fun, energetic Vinyasa Flow class. Be ready to sweat and work that body and mind!!
