Communications Manager
Michaela Lane Vorwerk is the Communications Manager at Evidence 4 Faith, who signed on March 26, 2025. As a daughter of E4F founders Michael and Denise Lane, Michaela was thrilled to join her family in their ministry. Many families, friends, and E4F supporters prayed for Michaela as she experienced a horse accident in February 2025. Little did everyone know Michaela’s injury would become a life-changing pivot toward a great eternally impactful possibility: A position serving at Evidence 4 Faith!
As a 10-year business owner at Double Lane Horsemanship Lessons, in addition to her childhood growing up at Fort Wilderness with her family on Missionary Staff, the Lord prepared Michaela for this very role. Unbeknownst to Michaela, God had been planting ministry seeds in her heart over the past few years, with questions ringing in her mind, like “Am I still doing what God wants me to do?” With these thoughts stirring Michaela’s heart in time, the Lord revealed His good and perfect will on February 25 when she fell off her horse.
Here is how Michaela recalls that day: “On February 25th, 2025, I took my horse out for a trail ride to ease my stress and spend some time in prayer. I had just finished reciting Proverbs 3:5-6, 'Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths,' when my horse spooked and ended with me suffering a tibial fracture that required me to undergo surgery and have a metal plate screwed to my tibia. In this time of recovery, and being unable to train horses for quite some time, I really took a pause as to what God wanted me to do. After spending time in prayer, God put it in my heart to explore the possibility of filling the Communications Manager position at E4F as I knew my parents were actively looking for someone to hire. We all spent time praying over it and I decided that this was the next step that God wanted me to take.”
Ultimately, Michaela has her heart set on doing more for God with her life, and she is equipped to help you access resources on E4F's website.
Video Editor
Noah Sauder is a Wisconsin-based videographer who signed with Evidence 4 Faith on February 28, 2025. When talking with a friend about this apologetics ministry, he was immediately intrigued and kicked off a conversation with E4F founder Michael Lane about potential involvement. Upon their discussion and getting to know the staff, Noah knew this was the place for him!
Having graduated from The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Communications: Media Studies, he started working right out of college for a friend who started his own video company. These four years were foundational for his next step to enter the freelance world, picking up E4F as a client.
God blesses Noah more and more the longer he keeps editing. When tackling videos for Evidence 4 Faith, he is passionate to listen to Michael’s content, look at his own faith, and ask questions about why he believes what he believes. Many people have asked Noah questions about the Bible, and he is glad to be a part of helping give them some answers in a fun and educational way.
Ultimately, Noah has set his mind and heart to see E4F grow, flourish through God’s good plan, and reach a large audience of believers through the ministry’s growing YouTube channel.
Marketing Specialist
Isabel Kolste is a Wisconsin-based marketer who signed with Evidence 4 Faith on March 9, 2025. Isabel has built up a successful track record of meaningful marketing at nonprofit ministries, starting at Christian camp Fort Wilderness in 2023. Under the direction of Fort marketing professional Andrew Carlson, Isabel learned the powerful impact of effective promotional assets, such as brochures, photography, and personalized cards, to promote the love of Jesus Christ and the transformational capacity of the Gospel message.
Many trusted advisers that Isabel has known for years saw her heart fixed on eternity and shared with her a life-changing piece of insight: “We believe that ministry is God’s calling for your life!” Acting on this advice, Isabel has now stepped into two ministry opportunities to bring this calling to fruition: a Kids Administrative Coordinator position at her church (Crossroads Community Church in Sheboygan, Wisconsin) and the Marketing Specialist role at Evidence 4 Faith.
Isabel is honored to dedicate her marketing skills to God, Crossroads Community Church, and Evidence 4 Faith to move people from a state of unbelief and shallow convictions to deep faith in Jesus Christ.
Media Operations Manager
Cora is the Media Operations Manager at Evidence 4 Faith. As a granddaughter of Evidence 4 Faith founder Michael Lane, Cora enjoys the science of zoology, and she is thrilled to work for Michael. She started learning the art of photography in July of this year, and after three classes, she recorded her first video. Cora has learned a lot since then, and she is very grateful for this chance to work at E4F, which is unlike any that she had before.
As she joined the Evidence 4 Faith ministry, Cora shared about her Marine Biology Trip experience: “I have been on the Marine Biology trip, just not as a student. I went with my parents (my mom was a teacher on the trip) and three of my little brothers. I celebrated my 7th birthday while on the trip, but being so young, I don't have many memories of what happened. Most of what I remember is from looking at pictures and videos taken by my parents and also listening to them tell what they remember. There are a few things I do remember, though. For one, I remember that there was a pool by the hotel we were staying in and that I first learned to swim in that pool. I also remember going into the ocean with my mom when she took Marine Biology students to search for sea urchins. I want to go again soon as a student, and then maybe eventually as the trip's photographer.”
