The aim of this workshop is to bring together around 50 researchers working on JWST observations of planet-forming disks in conjunction with colleagues developing models to interpret JWST data. The goals of the workshop are to:
reflect on the increase in knowledge of the inner regions of class II disks obtained through JWST over the past 3 years;
discuss open questions on the data reduction and interpretation;
discuss how to bring together the wealth of observations available;
discuss how to leverage current, planned, and future observatories.
Plenty of time in the schedule will be dedicated to discussion, both in a formal and informal setting, and hands-on sessions, which are well facilitated by Schloss Ringberg.
We would like all participants to feel safe during the workshop. Before travelling to Ringberg please familiarise yourself with the code of conduct of the Max Planck Society which you can download here.
