Beta Testing Participation
Your participation is voluntary, and the Application is provided solely for testing and product improvement purposes. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with using a pre-release version of the software.
No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "AS IS," without any express or implied warranty regarding its performance or functionality. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages of any kind—including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—that may arise from the use of the beta version.
Data Collection for Debugging and Improvement
During beta testing, the Application may collect diagnostic data, error logs, and other information for debugging and improving the software. This data will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality and Data Use
Data collected during beta testing is intended solely for the purpose of debugging and improving the product and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
