ISD279 Games is a project to bring games back to the ISD279 school district. The theory behind it is that it can't be blocked as long as I am maintaining this site. The game count can be found on the homepage and is usually accurate (sometimes I forget to update it).
TL;DR ISD279 Games is a game site that theoretically can't be blocked if you're in ISD 279.
History
History
The initial concept of ISD279 Games started in junior high and finally came to light in the public on March 30, 2021, 2:30 PM. The ChangeLog was added after the first version of the site got blocked and you can see that there. I made this site because I wanted to practice my HTML and JavaScript skills and to bring games back to my school. The initial name was going to be "The Science Project" but it didn't have the flair I wanted. As a result, I ended up going with ISD279 Games.
Old Site design
The original design of the site was funky (mainly because I didn't know how to use the thems tool in Google Sites) and it consisted of a bright purple geometric banner on every page. As you can see it wasn't the most modern-looking and a redesign was much needed. I never really got around to it with schoolwork, fixing games, and adding games. It becomes a painful process after a while. As a result, new games have become less frequent. I now focus on quality over quantity and you are now seeing what has come out of this methodology.
I'll probably expand this about further but idk when.
TL;DR This has been an idea for a long time but never been actually published. Finally published with ugly design. Now has been redesigned to look modern and clean. There will be less games and more fixes to games.
