REACHING FARO
The city of Faro is the provincial capital of the Algarve region located in the south end of Portugal, with a population of 60.000. Faro is located 280 km south of Lisbon and is connected by high-way to Lisbon and Seville (200 Km). Faro can also be reached by railway and plane.

Bus

Pre-paid tickets can be bought at Estação Rodoviária de Faro (Avenida da República). Alternatively, you can buy tickets directly from the bus driver; however, the price is considerably higher than the prepaid tickets.
