ABSTRACTS/POSTERS

Abstract submissions will open on 25 January 2023.

Deadline to submit an abstract is 24 February 2023.

Authors will be notified of the decision of acceptance on 5 March 2023.

Presenters must send their full presentation (as .ppt or .pptx file) by e-mail at temlab@ouc.ac.cy , 3 days before the scheduled presentation.

The total time for the oral presentation is set to 30 minutes (20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion). In terms of synchronization of conference it is expected to respect given time.

 A notebook, a projector, a remote pointer, and a switch (used to connect the notebook) will be available in all the sessions.

Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract. 

It is suggested ​that your poster be 90cm wide x 120cm long (portrait).

The text, illustration, etc. should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters.

Posters larger than this size will not be able to be displayed.

It is recommended that poster be prepared on one sheet of Bristol board or laminated paper.

Presenters must send their poster (as .jpg or .pdf file) by e-mail at temlab@ouc.ac.cy before 18 March 2023.
