Dr. Madhav Durbha is the Vice President of Supply Chain Strategy at Coupa Software.

With more than 20 years in the supply chain industry, Madhav has broad experience in strategy & process consulting, software application development & deployment, machine learning and data science. He received Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Florida and his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras.
Prof. Jhareswar Maiti
Prof. Maiti is a Professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
His research contributions primarily fall under the empirical research in the fields of safety analytics, quality analytics, and engineering ergonomics. His present research interests include occupational safety and health analytics, quality analytics and virtual reality based accident modeling and simulation. His current major project entitled "Safety Analytics: Save people at work from accidents/injuries" deals with predictive analytics of occupational accidents, assessment of occupational health and virtual reality based accident modeling and simulation for Tata Steel Jamshedpur.

He is an internationally recognized expert in risk and outcome-focused decision making in areas of social impact and sustainable development with over 25 years of experience in North America, Asia, Africa, Australia, and Europe. He is considered as a visionary and a thought leader and has pioneered innovative solutions to addressing complex socio-economic and sustainability challenges including public safety, food security, gender equity, climate, health, youth employment and small-scale trade. Srikanth established PRISM Institute as a not-for-profit collaboration platform that helps address interconnected risks to global sustainable development through research, policy advocacy and technological innovation.
Prof. Sriraam Natarajan
Prof. Sriraam Natarajan is a Professor and the Director for Center for ML at the Department of Computer Science at University of Texas Dallas and a RBDSCAI Distinguished Faculty Fellow at IIT Madras.
His research interests lie in the field of Artificial Intelligence, with emphasis on Machine Learning, Statistical Relational Learning and AI, Reinforcement Learning, Graphical Models and Biomedical Applications. He is a AAAI senior member and has received the Young Investigator award from US Army Research Office, Amazon Faculty Research Award, Intel Faculty Award, XEROX Faculty Award, Verisk Faculty Award and the IU trustees Teaching Award from Indiana University. He is the AI and society track chair of AAAI 2022, demo chair of IJCAI 2022, program co-chair of SDM 2020 and ACM CoDS-COMAD 2020 conferences. He was the speciality chief editor of Frontiers in ML and AI journal, and is an associate editor of MLJ, JAIR, DAMI and Big Data journals.
Prof. Rick Thomas
Prof. Thomas is an Associate Professor in the School of Psychology at Georgia Institute of Technology.
His work focuses on adapting computational models from the cognitive sciences into testable process models of decision-making phenomena that can be optimized to support professionals' decision-making. His work also concerns the study and measurement of expertise, primarily in performance evaluation and the development of decision support tools. As director of the Decision Process Laboratory (DPL), Dr. Thomas utilizes a range of experimental methodologies (behavioral, eye-tracking, EEG) and computational techniques (statistical, mathematical, neural networks, NLP) to investigate decision-making phenomena. Dr. Thomas's research has been supported by the NSF, NOAA, FAA, DARPA, IARPA, ONR, USMC, and private entities.
Dr. Di Xu
Dr. Di Xu is Vice President and Head of AI Labs and AI Governance at American Express. He is based out of NY. He currently also chairs Model Risk Committee at American Express.
He has been with American Express since 2001 in positions of increasing responsibility in data science, including acquisition, underwriting and fraud and customer management modeling functions. Di and his team are actively exploring cutting-edge machine learning research and its application in financial services. He earned a doctorate degree in Industrial Engineering, a Master of Science in Statistics, and Bachelor's in Engineering in Control Theory.
Dr. Shanqing Yin
Dr. Yin Shanqing is the Assistant Director of Human Factors & Systems Design at KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH), and Adjunct Assistant Professor, MD Program at Duke-NUS Medical School.
Dr. Yin pioneered the integration of human factors science into Singapore's healthcare, and served as the nation's first healthcare human factors specialist at Changi General Hospital (CGH). With over a decade of human factors exposure, Dr. Yin's journey has brought him through various domains such as aviation and process control. He has been involved in projects of varying scales, ranging from the development of user-friendly products and interfaces, to the design and refinement of large infrastructures. He has a PhD in Human Factors Engineering and a BSc in Psychology, and is also an FAA-certified private pilot.
Prof. Denny Yu
Prof. Yu is an Assistant Professor of Industrial Engineering at Purdue University and a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE). He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Surgery at Indiana University School of Medicine and a Summer Faculty Fellow at the Air Force 711th Human Performance Wing.
Prof. Yu’s expertise is in human factors engineering, with a focus on discovering objective features from sensors and health datasets for understanding human behavior and performance in complex, high-stress environments.
