What is your cancellation policy?

If an event is cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation date, the security deposit will not be refunded. A reservation may be rescheduled as long as the request is made prior to the 48 hour window and scheduled within 60 days.

Why is there a security deposit?

A $75 refundable security deposit is required for all reservations The security deposit will be returned within 10 business days after an inspection of the equipment at the end of the reservation. Any damages made to the equipment will result in a replacement fee up of up to $250. In the event the products require a deep clean, a cleaning fee of $250 will be applied and the security deposit will be deducted from that amount.


What age group are your set ups for?

Our packages are for children 11 months-5 years old.


What are your safety rules?

No shoes are to be worn on the soft play equipment. All children must be supervised when playing in the play area. No food, drinks, face paint or chewing gum allowed on the soft play equipment. Soft play equipment must not be moved once set up. Our play area is set up for the use of children ONLY. No pets or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the Soft Play.


What if it's going to rain?

All outdoor reservations require a Plan B in the event of inclimate weather. If there is rain in the forecast, Plan B must be utilized. There will be no setups outdoors when rain is in the forecast. If there is no alternative location for set up, the reservation will be cancelled and security deposit forfeited.


Is there supervision on site?

No. The renter accepts full responsibility for supervising the children during the rental period.


What if damages occur during your reservation?

The renter MUST call and notify 2 Moms immediately. Our clients are expected to maintain a high level of care for our products during their rental period. During the take down, 2 Moms will inspect the equipment for any visible signs of damages. If there is any food/drinks, shoe marks, dirt/mud, painting, confetti, or any other material that requires a deep cleaning, a $250 fee applies. If an item is damaged due to negligence, a replacement fee of up to $250 will apply.

Do you have a delivery fee?

We offer free delivery to Poinciana, Haines City, Dundee, and Lake Wales. A delivery may apply and starts at $49.
