Bookings is done in two ways 

1. Whatsapp 

2. Forms

• Vehicle Location

• Preferred Service or more details 

Once your booking is received, our customer support team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your appointment and provide your estimated arrival time.

Booking confirmations are typically made within 5–15 minutes during business hours

1. 30% booking deposit is required for all first-time customers

2. 50% deposit for Full Detailing and any booking over TZS 100,000. 

Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is payable after the service has been successfully completed

After your booking has been confirmed:

• Same-day bookings are normally attended within 1–2 hours, depending on traffic and technician availability.

• Advance bookings are attended at your selected appointment time.

If there are any unexpected delays due to traffic or weather conditions, our team will notify you immediately.

To ensure a smooth and efficient service, please:

• Park your vehicle in a safe and accessible location.

• Make sure there is enough space around the vehicle for our team to work.

• Remove any valuables or personal belongings from the vehicle.

• Keep your phone available so our technician can contact you upon arrival if needed.

Need to change your appointment?

No problem.

Please notify us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment, and we'll gladly reschedule your booking at no extra cost.

• Cancellations made at least 2 hours before your appointment are eligible for a refund of the booking deposit.

• If our team has already been dispatched or arrives at the agreed location and the service cannot proceed due to customer unavailability, the booking deposit may be retained to cover operational costs.
