About Us!
My name is Kellyn Jaynes, and I have been showing cattle for about 9 years now. I am a junior in highschool and the 2 Karat Showdown is my senior project. All proceeds from this show will be split between my local 4-H group and FFA chapter. I am super excited to be able to put this on and can't wait to see where this takes me!
After the 2 Karat Showdown this year, I plan to continue this show the following years as a normal jackpot with my best friend, Kaylee Lierman (pictured on the left). We have big goals for the future of this show, and hope you will support us in this project!

JW Powers
JW Powers grew up in Sublett, Idaho on his family's cow/calf operations. He has showed at many livestock shows across the western U.S. where he has claimed many championships. JW was an active member in his FFA chapter and claimed first place team at the 2022 FFA State Leadership Convention. He is now on a full ride scholarship as an Ag ambassador at the College of Southern Idaho. He is the captain of his livestock judging and management team. Today him and his brother Zac run a small herd of high performing show cattle.
Zac Powers
Zac Powers grew up on his family's ranch in Sublett, Idaho. After graduating high school in 2019 he attended Utah State University. While at school he was the teachers assistant for the livestock judging class. He then graduated with a degree in animal science and a minor in Ag business. Zac then moved to Illinois to work for England Show Stock where he furthered his knowledge in the show cattle industry. Today Zac works for Billman cattle and Wooden Shoe farms in Rigby, Idaho as their herdsman. Him and his brother JW also run Powers Show Cattle.
