There are a few airports you may travel to/from for the symposium.
Ground Transportation
Ground Transportation
From ICN, you can use trainto get to Seoul station where you can catch the train to Jecheon. Jecheon station to the symposium venue is 17 km by taxi.
Detailed information on the other public transportation is also available from the airport website. and KTX train information.
From Airport to Seoul Station
At the airport terminals. Go to B1 train station and take express train
ICN terminal 1 and terminal 2 --> Seoul railroad station: APEX airport express. (find the User Guide at the website)
At the seoul station. you arrive at B3 level. You move to 2nd floor after exiting B3 gate.
From Seoul Station to Jecheon
At the 2nd floor of Seoul Station, you can purchase ticket to Jecheon (KTX train). Two trains in the morning and two trains in the afternoon.
Train ticket for weekends is recommended to be purchased early since it tends to be sold out quickly.
