Welcome to 2 Bit Developer! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games, applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by 2 Bit Developer ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Services (including but not limited to JumpFighter, Origami Ascent), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

Our Services may include opportunities to purchase virtual, in-game items, features, or premium upgrades (e.g., "Remove Ads", "Unlock All Ships") using real-world money ("In-App Purchases").

License, Not Ownership: When you purchase virtual items or upgrades, you are purchasing a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use those features within the game. You do not own these virtual items.

Payment Processing: All In-App Purchases are processed by third-party storefronts (e.g., Google Play Store). We do not collect or store your financial information. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective storefront.

Refunds: All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion or where required by applicable law or the storefront's refund policy.

5. Third-Party Services and Advertisements

Our free-to-play Services are supported by third-party advertisements (e.g., Google AdMob). By using our Services, you agree that we may display such advertising.

We are not responsible for the content, products, or services featured in third-party advertisements.

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play Games Services) for leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saving. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

6. User Conduct

To ensure a fair and enjoyable environment, you agree NOT to:

Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game experience or leaderboards.

Attempt to bypass or manipulate the in-game economy or In-App Purchase systems.

Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or our developer team.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Services (including banning you from leaderboards) if you violate these rules.

7. Updates and Modifications to the Services

We continually work to improve our games. We may update, patch, modify, or remove features, content, or entire Services at any time, with or without notice. We reserve the right to alter the pricing of In-App Purchases or the balancing of in-game mechanics at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. 2 BIT DEVELOPER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 2 BIT DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, OR LOSS OF IN-GAME PROGRESS OR PURCHASES.
