2B Yoga Online

2B yoga recently has had to temporarily pause in person classes due to COVID-19. While we love our amazing and growing community of badass yogis, we also value your health and wellbeing and believe that social distancing is best at this time. For the next two weeks, we will be offering classes virtually.

You will need your yoga mat, yoga blocks (optional) and a strap (optional), and one small blanket.

Use your cell phone, ipad, or computer to join class via the Zoom app.

Find a quiet, distraction free and safe space to practice.

Restorative Bedtime Flow (Yin Yoga) 7pm

Slow Flow 6:00pm

How to Sign Up For Class

You will still need to use the Book Your Mat System to sign up for class. Please make sure you sign up for class at least 1 hour before class begins. Please note that we will send out an email with information for your class (including the link for your class) around 1 hour before your class start time. This information will be sent to the email on file, so please make sure your email address is updated. If you have not received an email with the class link 30 minutes before class start time, please ensure that you have submitted payment, check other email folders and then contact us for assistance (2byogagirl@gmail.com).

How to Pay for Class

If you already have a 2B Yoga membership, or class pass, you can use these to register for classes without any further payment.


You still have the option to purchase a membership or class pass on the 2B Yoga website. I am offering a special 3 class virtual pass right now for $25.

When paying for your class, please add your email address to the description of your payment so that we can email you class details.

Preparing for Class:

Classes are held on Zoom, so please download the Zoom app on your Phone, Tablet or Computer. Zoom is much easier to use on a computer, if you have one available.


Joining a meeting tutorial from Zoom

Please plan to join the link 5-10 minutes before class start time to test the connection of your video and/or audio equipment and so that we can ensure that we are connected with you as well.


Helpful hints from participants:

As we are moving to virtual classes please feel free to share your feedback with us at 2byogagirl@gmail.com. Your feedback can help others.


With Zoom you have the option to share your video and the instructor can help to give feedback based on the video. We recommend that you position your body perpendicular to the camera so that your body is more easily viewable during the practice.


If you don’t want to show your home, Zoom also has the option to use a Virtual Background. To use select the up arrow near the video icon and select “Choose Virtual Background”

After joining please Pin the instructors video, so that it doesn't keep switching back and forth between other participants videos.

    • To do this hover over the instructors video screen

    • Select the 3 dots

    • From the drop-down list select "Pin Video"


When the link for your class is sent we will let you know if you need any props for the class. If you don’t have blocks or straps available at home, please consider using books for props and ties or belts in the place of straps.
