• Rent: to be determined

• Lease term/duration: one year; long-term tenant preferred

• Deposit: monthly rent x 1.5, due as certified funds upon signing of lease. The amount may be lowered to 1x rent for applicants with excellent credit score and rental history.

• Security deposit & first month's rent due as certified funds upon signing of lease

• Rent includes garbage/recycling/green waste fees; tenant is responsible for other utilities

• Applicants will need to have a credit score above 675 and total gross income at least 3X the rent

• House is provided with all kitchen appliances & front-load clothes washer & dryer

• Pets negotiable. Pet fee, pet rent,  and additional security deposit required. Click here for pet policy.

• The house was built in 1952. Although the owner has no knowledge of lead-based paint in the home, Section 1018 of the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992 requires that tenants be given an EPA-approved pamphlet "Protect Your Family From Lead In Your Home" and sign an EPA-approved Disclosure Form prior to leasing any house built before 1978.
