The house was built in 1952. Although the owner has no knowledge of lead-based paint in the home, Section 1018 of the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992 requires that tenants be given an EPA-approved pamphlet "Protect Your Family From Lead In Your Home" and sign an EPA-approved Disclosure Form prior to leasing any house built before 1978.
Please do not disturb the current tenants.
