Housing will be available for undergraduate student participants from Friday evening (April 10) to Sunday morning (April 12). Two undergraduate students will be roomed in one hotel room. If you have a roommate preference, please indicate this in your registration or email to shipman.conference@gmail.com.

If you plan to seek reimbursement for a car rental from the conference, please contact the organizers for guidance before booking the rental car. LSU provides a site with additional travel information, including campus parking information.
Conference Location and Parking
The conference will be held at Lockett Hall, Department of Mathematics, Louisiana State University. (Google Map)
Parking on campus is free during weekends. The parking lot is right next to Lockett Hall. You can also walk from the hotel to Lockett Hall. (LSU Parking map)
