How to join 2501

• You must be a farmer who is raising crops to be sold either for your own business, a cooperative, or being sold and/or donated to a foodbank or other nonprofit group. 

• Self-identify as part of a socially disadvantaged group:

  • African American/Black 

  • Asian American

  • Latino/a

  • Pacific Islander

  • Native American or Alaskan

  • Veterans 

• Download  CSU Vendor Form 

• Complete every section of the form including the W-9, 

• Email a completed copy of the form to:

1. Mike McMurray,Business Officer 

2. Shelby Clark, Program Assistant 

It will typically take at least one month for CSU to process a Purchase Order Requisition for you once you are in the system as a Vendor.  Once you receive that Purchase Order number you may access a fuel stipend of $200 per training.  

To expedite processing, please keep your Purchase Order Number saved in your files!
