To earn the designation of English Honors on your transcript, you will follow the same curriculum but summative assessments will have different, more rigorous standards and expectations. 

If at any point, a student begins struggling or their grade drops soley becuse of an Honors requirement, they may meet with the teacher to discuss whether or not to continue.

By the end of the academic year, students in Honors must have completed all rigorous summative assessments including the finals in order to earn the Honors designation.
