Registration

We invite undergraduate students to present research projects at the conference. Each presentation will consist of a talk (20 minutes) and a poster. The poster and the  talk should cover the same project. Each group may have a single person give the talk or assign multiple co-speakers. 

To register for the conference, click the link below (The registration deadline is March 7, 2024):

1. Talk/poster registrations:  Each group presenting should designate one member to complete and submit the registration (members in group, mentor,...):  Form 1

2. Hotel registrations:  For hotel accommodations, each participant is required to individually fill out and submit the Hotel Registration: Form 2
