Equipment such as cardio, pin-loaded or plate-loaded machines that require repair. Be sure to include the serial number (photo is fine) and a detailed description of what is wrong (video is best). If the information provided is insufficient, we spend time asking follow-up questions, which ultimately delays logging the issue and dispatching a technician.
