Group Fitness Checklist
Prior to Class
For those that don’t have gym crew shifts: Please pre-write the program in advance and email it to kadina@24fit.com.au, please allow a few days in advance for the gym crew staff to design on canva and upload.
For those that have gym crew shifts: Please write, design on canva and upload.
How to Upload Photos to TV
Go to “import up the top of the screen”
Click next
Follow the instructions (going to the snapwood website with /import on the end of the URL)
Put the code given in bold into the website
Select the photos wanting to be uploaded
Click “done”
Wait for the TV to bring up an “importing” screen with a white loading bar
It will then say uploaded and should be there
If the photos are not immediately on the screen, try going out of the Pixfolio app (press back on remote) and go back into it
Class Day
Pre-Class
Collect the remotes and tablet out of the cupboards.
Set up the TV screen to show today's class (Pixfolio is the app we use).
Edit the timer as needed.
Set up the gym in a flow, please only use the gear in the class room and keep within that area.
Ensure a pumping playlist is on.
During
Tick off all members that have attended via the gymflow staff app.
Post-Class
Get the members to help pack away the gear.
Write your 3 updates in the group chat - member achievements, injuries, highlights, how you challenged them.
Revert TV to the group fitness timetable.
Revert the music back to KDI spotify playlist, at an appropriate level.
Pack away remotes and tablets.
Body Scan
Tell the member to follow the steps on the piece of paper. Remind them that next time they will already be logged in. The access code is written on the piece of paper.
Chat to the member ask if they have done one before etc…
Get the member to remove their shoes and socks.
Grab their phone and press mywellness on the screen and on their phone tap the qr code scanner (top right hand corner) and scan the qr code that pops up on the screen.
NOW Turn on the second machine. Go through that you will let them know when to stand on the machine, when to grab the grips and to hold them down and when to hop off.
Back space any training program that pops up.
Select body composition > confirm height > start measuring.
Go through with them when they need to hop on it > grab grips etc…
Once done…
Ask for their phone > graph > measure > body composition > swipe down to refresh.
Main ones to go through:
% Fat mass: females approx 25-35% is good for average female. Men approx: 15-20%.
Basal metabolic rate: minimum amount of calories your body needs to function properly.
Bone mass: 2.5-3.5kg is good.
Muscle mass: females 35+ is good.
