Deputy

Deputy is our one stop shop for communication, schedules, timesheets and daily tasks. It is a requirement to check the News Feed each shift to keep up to date with what's happening at 24fit. 

Communication

Please ensure that your notifications are switched on. The News Feed will be used for important comms. Please make it a habit to check this when on shift. 

The group chat function will be your main point of contact for:

• Updates everyone needs to know

• Celebrating wins and sharing community love!

• Letting PTs know about new leads (PTs only respond)

• Class photos & whiteboard snapshots

• Class-related wins or ideas

Schedules

Your local manager will update this regularly. Please ensure that you updated your unavailability regularly and often. 

When other locations need covers, there is an 'open shift' function. If you get notified regarding an open shift, this is first in best dress. So if you want to help out and are available, please claim it as soon as you can. 

Timesheets

Each shift, make sure to clock in and clock out. Before each pay double check your timesheet to ensure everything is correct. 

Tasks

 Daily tasks are set to be completed each shift. Make sure to open this up every shift and tick off what is completed.
