Family Reunion Ball: It's an all-white affair

This Conference center is located at the Hotel where we are staying. Check-in, drop your bags and walk over to the conference center. There you will receive your welcome gifts, weekend itinerary, and T-shirts!
5:30 - 5:40
Janine Clark (reunion President) will welcome everyone and review announcements. Your Family Bio slide show will play on repeat throughout the event for people to review all evening. Please add your Bio by clicking the link below.
5:40 -6:40
Dinner will be served buffet style. Please line up to get your food as your table is called.
6:40 - 7:00
Find the family member that meets the descriptions on your Bingo page and write their name on the line under that description. You must find a family member that you do NOT already know to match the description. There will be 3 prizes. The first family members to get bingo diagonally vertically or horizontally will win. The first family member to get all 4 corners wins. Finally, the first family member who blacks out their card and fills in all the spaces wins. There will be no repeat winners. Once you have won a prize you will be eliminated.

Let's all meet at the recreation center and take a quick family photo! Please set your alarms to come back from activities at 2:30pm to take our family photo. Thank you so much!

Let's enjoy some music and have some fun! Karaoke was a big hit at the last reunion! Let's do it again! Inside we will have a schedule of activities we will follow to include bingo, family feud, karaoke, etc. Games will be available to play outside like limbo, giant checkers, giant connect 4, giant uno, corn hole, sack race, egg on a spoon race, 3-legged race, Jinga, playing cards, basketball, tennis court, fishing, kayaking and paddleboarding rentals available. The lake is accessible to all and much more!

Farewell Lunch 12:30pm - 4:30pm
Lunch will be held at The Davenport Event center following service. This is only a 15-minute drive from the church. Click the venues link above for more details.
During this lunch we will Recognize our committee members, Honor Loved ones who are no longer with us, Award Scholarships to our high school graduates that are planning to attend college and enjoy a comedian who will provide clean family friendly jokes. We will enjoy the rest of the day with some games and friendly conversation.

Hotel Check out is at 11am
Why rush to leave on Sunday? Extend your stay until Monday and enjoy the entire day on Sunday with family. After lunch at The Ridge at Summit Farms, return to the hotel and hang out at the pool or spend time at the hotel's golf course (Equipment rental available), or take a relaxing walk down the trail all located on the property. Was there an activity that you wanted to do on Thursday that you missed? Do it Sunday evening (if the venue is open).
