Steve
Steve's real name is Esteban. Elders calls him in his real name while youngsters call him Steve. He's always bullied because of his pockmarked face but despite all that, he build his own name that made him respectable in the society. I can describe him as a good and kind man. The lesson that I learned from him is that, no matter how people treat you badly, never do the same to them instead, spend your life in a much colorful way because all of it will be worth it.
Lad
Lad
Lad is the person who admired Steve all throughout the story, he is very respectful to Steve even with Steve's pockmarked face. I can say that his point of view is very important for all of us. His view towards Steve reminds us that no matter how ugly the physical appearance of a person is, they should not be judged because because beauty comes from within.
The Bullies
The Bullies
The bullies really had a great impact to Steve's life story. Because of them, Steve Learnt to stand alone amidst the critics about his pockmarked face. Though everyone saw him as someone who's illiterate and useless, He proved them wrong. This event is such a great message to us that no matter how people turn us down, if we believe in ourselves, their opinion wouldn't matter.

The story of Small People: The Cemetery keeper is about the young man with a pockmarked face being bullied because of his certain appearance. Many people made him feel unwelcomed and the reason why he is isolated with other teenage groups. He is deprived with many opportunities, but despite all hat he made a way to have himself a respectable occupation in town which is The cemetery keeper. Because of that, he managed to get into a relationship and built a family on his own.

What we learned
As we were filming this story, we kind of noticed that Steve is underestimated in their community, though he can do things with his abilities, he was always rejected because of his appearance. What we realized is that, we should not just look in the outside beauty of every person, we are unique and nothing can beat us. We can not change the fact that the person has an ugly appearance but we can still change the fact that the society should only give more opportunities to those who are good looking because abilities are not based on faces but with driven soul that a person has.
