Info for presenters

Talks:

We will organise a laptop and a projector, so there is no need to bring your own laptop if you don’t want to.

There are no printing facilities at the hut. If you prepare a handout, please bring the required number of handouts with you. We will indicate closer to the date how many we will need exactly.

Submitted talks have a 20+10 minute slot (talk + Q&A). Invited speakers have a 30+15 minute slot.

Posters:

Your poster can be in A1 or A0. Both landscape and portrait orientation are fine. We will provide sticky tags and tape to attach your posters to the walls.

The poster session started a couple of years ago and has been a big success. Some people who attended in previous years have even opted for a poster this year.

If you are worried about bringing a poster tube on the ski lift, there are options to have posters printed on fabric these days, and these can be folded (without getting wrinkled) to fit any kind of luggage.

Participation without a presentation:

If you wish to attend the conference without submitting an abstract, please contact the organizers. Students are especially encouraged to attend.
