Title: Quantum K-theory

Abstract: I will give a general introduction to quantum K-theory, which gives a deformation of the K-ring of a complex projective manifold (or its minor generalization).

Title: A CFO approach to derived differential geometry

Abstract: A main motivation of developing derived differential geometry is to deal with singularities arising from zero loci of smooth functions or intersections of submanifolds. Both zero loci and intersections can be considered as fiber products of manifolds. Thus, we extend the category of differentiable manifolds to a larger category in which one can consider "homotopy fiber products" of manifolds. We approach this problem by using curved L-infinity algebras and categories of fibrant objects. The talk is mainly based on a joint work with Kai Behrend and Ping Xu.

Title: G-Invariant Toeplitz operators on CR manifolds

Abstract: Let X be a connected orientable CR manifold with non-degenerate Levi curvature and a locally free action of a compact connected Lie group G with proper CR moment map. The aim of this talk is to present results concerning the associated algebra of G-invariant Toeplitz operators for (0,q)-forms. In presence of a locally free transversal CR circle action we recovered Xiaonan Ma and Weiping Zhang's theorems for G-invariant Toeplitz operators. If time permits I will also mention a result concerning “quantization commutes with reduction for Toeplitz operators”. This is based on joint works with Chin-Yu Hsiao.
