Your Notes: All content created within the App is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your notes, and they are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party cloud services.
Personal Information: We do not require account registration, nor do we ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
No Analytics: We do not use third-party tracking tools or analytics software to monitor your usage of the App.

3. Data Storage and Security

Because your data is stored exclusively on your device, the security of your notes depends on your device's security settings (such as your passcode, FaceID, or fingerprint).

Note: If you delete the App or lose your device, your notes may be permanently lost unless you have backed up your device using standard system backups (like iCloud or Google Drive backup) or the system in the app.

4. Third-Party Services

Simple Notes does not share data with any third-party services. There are no advertisements or external payment processors integrated into the App.

5. Legal Compliance (GDPR/AVG)

As a business based in the Netherlands, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since we do not collect or process any personal data, most GDPR requirements regarding data processing do not apply to our operations.
