3) MEMBER: Visitors and members using the "21 days" application.

As BYBAZ, we aim to respect the law, laws, copyrights and personal rights. APPLICATION serves as a "hosting provider" as defined in the law numbered 5651. According to the relevant law, the Site administration has no obligation to control illegal content.

Any financial, legal, criminal, administrative liability arising from the following types of content belongs exclusively to the MEMBER who sent the content.

- Actions or statements that constitute a criminal offense.

- Contents that will seek legal follow-up.

- Content that will cause or encourage violations of laws or international conventions.

- Illegal, threatening, disturbing, humiliating and vulgar content.

- Pornographic content.

- Content that harms personal rights or similar qualities.

Posting just for chatting is not allowed in Statuses. (You can use the Wipe application for chat.)

Attracting users to non-app 3rd party apps or platforms is prohibited.

"21 days" advises you to remain anonymous. He does not recommend asking for your own user information or the user information of others.

Note that the account of the user who violates the rules will be restricted.

APPLICATION is just a habit-making application. Sharing political, religious and quoted sentences is prohibited. In addition, fanatical football comments and posts are also prohibited.

BYBAZ reserves the right to remove what the MEMBER shares and does not deem appropriate, and to remove the MEMBER's powers from membership.
