How to host:
212th Try-out
Post the try-out with the format sent in officer noticeboard.
Cadet+ can attend.
Rules: Go over all 212th rules. Let the attendees right face after each rule.
Faces: Go over all the faces, but don't let it be too easy. Make some grammar mistakes too see if they notice it. The attendees should have a good understanding of faces. If they fail 3 faces, dismiss them.
Formations: Go over all formations. Don't explain how they work to them. If someone doesn't know how to do one, dismiss them.
Obby: Make multiple groups, depending on how many attendees you got. Give 2 minutes time per group. If someone fails, dismiss the attendee.
Range: The attendees should get 185+ points on medium with the DC-15A. Mobile needs 100+.
Conclusion: Let the ATTENDEES ping you on the TGR main discord. DM them the ACADEMY Server invite and tell them to pend to the group. After they verified in the server AND joined the group, you can take a picture of the wedge and dismiss them. Log who you passed in the 212th main server.
Trainee Event
Announce the TE in the Academy Server, with the format which is pinned.
Let your attendee(s) STS. Tell him that they need to use grammar at all times and that they should refer to you as "Instructor" and ONLY "Instructor". It's just to see if people are smart enough to use it.
Rules: Go over all the rules again and ask if the attendee(s) understood it. If something is not clear, explain it to them.
Questions: Go over some basics question which they should be able to answer if they read the handbook well.
How long do you have to be in 212th if you want to discharge?
If another person is DIRECTLY advertising another division what should you do?
Imagine a 212th member is saying bad things in your DMs, what do you do?
Is there a quota for 212th? If there is how much do you think it is?
Faces: After the attendee answered the questions, move on to faces. Go over all the faces and check if they know them. Don't let it be too easy, but don't make it too hard. If they are NOT able to do them, dismiss him.
Formations: Go over all formations again and check if the attendee(s) can do them. If they are NOT able to do them, dismiss the attendee.
Conclusion: After the attendee has passed all of the things above, then they are finished. Promote them in the group, take a picture and log the event in the event logs in the 212th main Server.
212th Patrol
Start: Let the attendees STS at GB or RR. Tell them what you are planning to do.
Just keep the patrol fun and entertaining. Try to capture at least 2 points. From here, It Is up to the host how to proceed.
In the end you should try to blow up the CIS ship.
After the final objective has been completed, take a picture and log the event in the event logs in the 212th main Server.
212th Combat Training
Host the tryout on any combact related map. The best one is Futuretops: rework.
Complete at least 3 rounds of combat. Try and make the teams as fair as possbile.
Its up to you on which gun you will be using. It can be a standard gun or something funny like Doomspire Weapons. Try and make at least 1 serious round per event.
After the final objective has been completed, take a picture and log the event in the event logs in the 212th main Server
