Post the try-out with the format sent in officer noticeboard.
Cadet+ can attend.
Rules: Go over all 212th rules. Let the attendees right face after each rule.
Faces: Go over all the faces, but don't let it be too easy. Make some grammar mistakes too see if they notice it. The attendees should have a good understanding of faces. If they fail 3 faces, dismiss them.
Formations: Go over all formations. Don't explain how they work to them. If someone doesn't know how to do one, dismiss them.
Obby: Make multiple groups, depending on how many attendees you got. Give 2 minutes time per group. If someone fails, dismiss the attendee.
Range: The attendees should get 185+ points on medium with the DC-15A. Mobile needs 100+.
Conclusion: Let the ATTENDEES ping you on the TGR main discord. DM them the main server invite and tell them to pend to the group. After they verified in the server AND joined the group, you can take a picture of the wedge and dismiss them. Log who you passed in the 212th main server.
212th Patrol
Start: Let the attendees STS at GB or RR. Tell them what you are planning to do.
Just keep the patrol fun and entertaining. Try to capture at least 2 points. From here, It Is up to the host how to proceed.
In the end you should try to blow up the CIS ship.
After the final objective has been completed, take a picture and log the event in the event logs in the 212th main Server.
212th Basic Training
Start: Make the attendes STS in rally room, tell them your name, and what they should refer to you by. After this, tell them what they will be going through.
Faces & Formations: Go through the basic faces and formations, make sure to use a specific format.
Obby: Give them a specific time limit that they must complete the obby within, make sure no one uses stuff such as jetpacks or speed boosting tools.
Range: You as a host may decide what weapons the attendees are allowed to use, you do not need to set up a specific requirement score, but you may do so if you would like. You can also choose what difficulty to use, but note that you cannot fail a 212th basic training.
212th Combat Training
Host the tryout on any combact related map. The best one is Futuretops: rework.
Complete at least 3 rounds of combat. Try and make the teams as fair as possbile.
Its up to you on which gun you will be using. It can be a standard gun or something funny like Doomspire Weapons. Try and make at least 1 serious round per event.
