These Terms govern use of Copy My Data. By using the app, users agree to these terms.

1) Service Scope

The app provides local Wi-Fi file receiving workflow on iOS devices.

2) License

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for lawful use.

3) Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the app, bypass restrictions, or use it for unlawful transmission.

4) Purchases and Subscriptions

Premium features are offered via Apple In-App Purchases.

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled in Apple ID settings.

Cancellation should be made at least 24 hours before period end to avoid renewal.

5) Restore

Restore Purchases is available for eligible transactions under the same Apple ID.

6) Disclaimer and Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use.
