演題発表される方は、以下のWordファイル様式にて要旨を作成し
PDF形式にてGoogleフォームへご提出ください。

For participants who will give an oral/poster presentation, please prepare your abstract using the Word template provided below and submit it as a PDF file via the Google Form.
※本会はウォーキングポスターのみのご参加もできます。その際は、お手数ですが参加登録後➡
