About Me

Hi, my name is Chris Schoppe and I have been an expert RV repair technician since 2008. I have owned and repaired everything from small travel trailers to million-dollar coaches. I specialize in electrical and electronic troubleshooting and repair, Silverleaf and Firefly systems, HVAC, appliances, awnings, roofing systems, plumbing, leveling systems, slideouts, awnings, slide toppers, generators and everything RV. I work on all makes and all models of recreational vehicles, Class A, B, C, Super C, travel trailers and 5th wheels.... most commonly with Newmar, Monaco, Country Coach, Jayco, Entegra, Thor, Forest River, Coachmen, Fleetwood, Winnebago, Grand Design, and Heartland RVs. Prior to entering the RV repair industry, I worked in the engineering department for two large electronic manufacturing facilities as a high-voltage electronic technician and later as a technical writer for manufacturing process validation for FDA finished medical devices. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and have founded and developed several products, small businesses and companies. I live with my wife and 4 children in Nampa, Idaho and enjoy recreating with them in our RV at the lake, ski slopes, and sand dunes.
