CJ Reynolds - Teach Your Class Off
CJ Reynolds has been a classroom teacher for over 20 years and currently teaches in rural New Mexico. At the heart of his work is the belief that education is only ever about the students and the most effective way to reach a student's mind is through their heart.
After two decades teaching in one of West Philadelphia’s most challenging schools, CJ developed powerful, classroom-tested strategies for building relationships, managing behavior with dignity, and creating classroom environments students genuinely want to be part of. His mission is to help educators become the teachers they were called to be by leading with consistency, creativity, and compassion.
CJ is a national speaker, the author of Teach Your Class Off, and the creator of the YouTube channel Teach Your Class Off, which provides professional development and classroom inspiration to millions of viewers worldwide. He is also a featured figure in the education documentary Revive: Solving the Problems of Teacher Retention.
CJ recently launched The Rules to Engagement, a new talk show-style series that explores what it really takes to build school culture, connect with students, and reignite the joy of teaching, one conversation at a time.
Most importantly, CJ is a proud husband and father.
Leslie Rob, M.Ed., is an award-winning international comedic motivational speaker, teacher, author, and professional development presenter. She brings comedy, encouragement, and professional development to stages, conferences, and social media audiences worldwide. Her videos have brought laughter to millions and were featured in The Washington Post. Leslie has performed across the United States and internationally. She has appeared on The Unknown Tour, Spirit FM's Night of Love & Laughter, Bored Teachers, the Teachers Off Duty Podcast, ABC's The Tamron Hall Show, Dry Bar Comedy, Angel Studios, ABC's Good Morning America, NBC's The Today Show, and in solo performances. Leslie has also interviewed celebrity guests, including Melissa Joan Hart, for the LA Cancer Support Program.
