Each booth comes with two attendees; you may switch out your two booth attendees throughout the conference as long as ONLY TWO attendees are at the conference at a time
We encourage you to stick to two attendees: when you have more than two vendor attendees at a booth the ratio of vendors to attendees is diluted
If you feel like you need more than two people at your booth, you will have to pay full conference registration for them to attend.Â
If you register an additional attendee, their nametag will be available for pickup the morning of Thursday, May 6th with all the attendee nametags.
If you need more than the two that come with your booth, you will register them as a regular conference attendee when conference registration opens (most likely sometime in March of 2027).
