Located in Jeollanam-do Province, Damyang is a picturesque county celebrated for its bamboo forests, scenic landscapes, and deep cultural heritage. The area is home to iconic sites such as a Bamboo Garden Juknokwon, a riverside woodland Gwanbangjerim, and a traditional garden Soswaewon, each reflecting harmony between people and nature.
