Registration Form Instructions

Please Read Before Beginning Your Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Pan African Conference and Israel Celebration (PACIC). Please read the following instructions carefully before beginning your registration to ensure a smooth and successful registration process.

Important: These instructions apply to individuals registering for the full four-day Pan African Conference and Israel Celebration.

If you plan to attend only the Sunday Celebration, please use the separate RSVP form designated specifically for that event.

COST: There is no fee to register for the conference. Lunches and dinners are provided at no charge for registered attendees. Participants are responsible for all other expenses, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, and breakfasts.

1. Passport Requirement for Non-U.S. Attendees

If you are not a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident (green card holder) and plan to enter the United States from abroad, please have your valid passport available before beginning the registration process.

The registration form will require you to provide certain passport information.

Please do not begin the registration until you have your passport available.

2. Important Information About the Registration Platform

SurveyHeart Registration Platform

PACIC is using SurveyHeart to facilitate the registration process.

Please be aware of the following:

• SurveyHeart may display advertisements during or after the registration process.

• Do not click on any advertisements.

• After you submit your registration, you may be directed to a confirmation page containing advertisements.

• Once you see the confirmation page, simply close the browser tab or window.

• The advertisements are not part of the PACIC registration process.

3. Confirmation Email

Please note that SurveyHeart does not automatically generate a confirmation email after you submit the registration form.

To ensure that you receive timely confirmation, PACIC will send you an acknowledgment email from our Registration Representative.

Important:

Before beginning your registration, we strongly recommend that you save the email address above as a contact or add it to your safe-senders/contact list. This will help prevent your registration correspondence from being redirected to your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

4. What Happens After You Submit Your Registration?

After completing and submitting the registration form, the following process will take place:

Within 48 Hours

You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming that PACIC has received your registration request.

Within Four Business Days

PACIC will review your registration and, following the review, send you an official invitation and/or confirmation letter. It will also include hotel arrangements, meals, and further information.

If additional information or clarification is required, Mr. Ebenezer Y. Teah, PACIC Registration Representative, may contact you by email.

Please monitor your email, including your Spam/Junk folder, during this period.

5. Before You Begin—Registration Checklist

Please make sure you have completed the following before starting the registration:

• Confirm that you are registering for the full four-day conference.

• If attending only the Sunday Celebration, use the separate Sunday RSVP form.

• If you are a non-U.S. attendee, have your valid passport available.

• Save pacic_acufi@outlook.com to your contacts or safe-senders list.

• Ensure that you have access to the email address you will provide on the registration form.

• Be prepared to provide all required personal and registration information.

• Do not click on advertisements displayed by SurveyHeart.

6. Begin Your Registration

Once you have completed all the preparation steps above, you are ready to begin your registration.
