Registration for the 2026 MSR Symposium requires completing two steps:

[1] Complete the Registration Form.

[2] Registrations are to be paid to USCToMM's PayPal account.

When submitting your payment include a note in the PayPal form with the names and types of registrations being paid for or send this information in an email to anurag.purwar@stonybrook.edu. 

If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, then please pay your registration fee and then send an email requesting an invitation letter to jmmccart@uci.edu.

Mike McCarthy's Retirement Celebration on May 23rd evening (optional and extra): $100 per person

If you would like to attend Prof. Mike McCarthy's Retirement Celebration, please add the above cost to your registration. If you are only attending Prof. McCarthy's celebration and not the conference, please pay only $100 using USCToMM's PayPal account.

Registration fees include admission to the technical sessions, welcome reception on Thursday, lunch and dinner on Friday, excursion, refreshments during breaks, conference program, hardware demonstration session, and access to the e-book of conference proceeding published by Springer.

Accompanying Person’s fee includes welcome reception, lunch and dinner on Friday, excursion, and refreshments during breaks.

Hardware demonstration fees include a dedicated space for one exhibit during the hardware demonstration session and refreshments during breaks on the day of the hardware demonstration session.

Registration receipts will be provided on-site at MSR 2026. If a receipt is needed prior to that time, please send an email to anurag.purwar@stonybrook.edu.

*   2026 MSR Symposium policy requires that at least one author of a full paper / extended abstract is registered for the conference prior to the early bird registration deadline of April 14, 2026. Otherwise, the full paper / extended abstract will not be included in the proceedings or published in the Springer book.
