Non Participation Form

As most students participate in the concert, all students are assumed to be participating unless we are notified. 

If your child WILL NOT be performing in the concert, please fill out the form below by Thursday, 2nd April 2026 (Week 9, Term 1). 

Please note, all accounts will be charged the non-refundable deposit amount in their Term 2 invoices unless the NON-PARTICIPATION FORM BELOW IS FILLED OUT.
