On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to invite you to the 2026 JCK MEMS/NEMS (The 13th International Conference on JCK MEMS/NEMS), which will be held from July 8 (Wednesday) to 10 (Friday), 2026, in Busan, Korea.

2026 JCK MEMS/NEMS will provide a premier platform for sharing the latest scientific and technological advances in the fields of micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) and nano-electromechanical systems (NEMS). Since its inception, this conference has fostered strong academic ties between Japan, China, and Korea, serving as a unique opportunity to explore emerging trends and future directions in this rapidly evolving area.

We are dedicated to creating an engaging and dynamic environment that facilitates insightful discussions, meaningful collaboration, and long-lasting professional relationships among researchers from academia and industry. Beyond the academic sessions, we are planning enriched social programs, including a welcome reception on the first evening to showcase the beautiful coastal scenery of Busan.
