Convention Registration

Welcome to the Registration Site for the 2026 Indiana Lions State Convention. Below you will find a downloadable PDF form that you can fill out and mail with payment by check. In addition, included is a link to a Zeffy on-line registration form where you can make your selections and pay by debit or credit card. When using Zeffy, they will ask if you would like to make a donation in order to help keep costs down for providing this service to non-profit organizations. If you do not wish to make a donation, click “Other” and enter “0.”
