Submission Options:

• Single Paper for oral or poster presentation: Submit individually; the conference may group 3–4 presenters together.

• Symposium: Submit as a group (3–4 presenters) with one chair. We also welcome instructors to collaborate with their students for this format. (歡迎師生組團一起參與！例如：在教學中含有「專題」設計。)

Abstract Acceptance:

• Letters of Acceptance & Proof of Participation provided

• Presenter registration instructions sent after acceptance

• Some presentations may be pre-recorded for asynchronous access

Review Criteria:

2️⃣ Introduction: theoretical framework, conceptual rationale, or context → research questions/hypotheses

3️⃣ Methods: participants/data sources, measures/research design, and analysis/procedure

✨ Initial Manuscript: 4–8 pages, with references limited to 1-2 page (maximum).

🎤 Tentative Oral Presentation Guidelines

• Arrival & Attendance:

  • Presenters must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled session for setup and technical preparation.

  • Presenters are expected to remain for the full duration of the session to engage in Q&A and collective mentoring discussions.

• Presentation Formats:

  • On-site Oral: Presentation rooms will be equipped with audio-visual equipment. Please bring your slides on a USB flash drive.

  • Virtual Pre-recorded: Virtual presenters will be provided instructions after acceptance to upload pre-recorded videos for synchronous or asynchronous viewing.

📌 Tentative Poster Presentation Guidelines

• Dimensions & Layout:

  • Size: Standard A1 size (594 mm × 841 mm) in Portrait layout.

  • Board Specs: Display boards are 58 cm wide × 86 cm tall; please ensure your poster fits within these bounds.

• Material & Setup:

  • Please print on thin, lightweight paper or cloth for easy transport and single-person mounting.

  • Mounting materials will be provided on-site.

• Design & Structure:

  • Include the Title, Authors, and Affiliations at the top.

  • Organize content into clear panels: Aims/Theoretical Rationale, Methods, Key Results, and Conclusions.

  • Keep text concise and readable from a distance of approximately 1.5 meters.

• Session Format & Handouts:

  • Presenters will give a ~5-minute brief summary of their work, followed by interactive discussion and Q&A.

  • Presenters are encouraged to bring A4 handouts or print a QR code on the poster for easy digital sharing.
